Sheffield Machine Knife are delighted to be back in Chicago again for our 10th year with the FPSA Process Expo at McCormick Centre 23 – 25 Oct 2023.   Fall in Chicago is always special and to combine this with one of our favourite events in the show calendar makes it a great trip.  As Mark said “Process Expo combines all aspects of our specialisations under one roof.  Food processing and packaging – what’s not to like about this from a knife manufacturing perspective? Plus there are many old friends attending, both customers and exhibitors, with new attendees from across the Mid West which make it a great event”
